This might be one of many BAND entries, or perhaps the only one. So if you are in BAND or any of my FRIENDS, listen up because you'll like this. I could not thank you guys enough for everything you have done, and I'm not talking about the cheesy cliche stuff. Get this...without band, i would have none of you, and you really are the stuff life is made of. I'd probably be stoned/drunk/knocked up on some couch somewhere without you. You all have been just amazing, the times we've been through, the memories we've shared the people we loved. My isn't this a beautiful life. I've been thinking, summer band is almost over, and band camp is this sunday. This is our last one. What am I ever gonna do without you? Be prepared for some major balling, kids. I just wanted to let all of you know, you are all my saving grace, and don't laugh cuz i'm being so serious. You see me, you see who I am and you're ok with it, if fact, you encourage it. And I thank you. I can't possibly put into words how much i love you guys. I just, I mean, it's amazing, I don't know how anyone in this entire world could feel as lucky, as honored you have you guys by their side. You have always been there for me, a safe refuge from this often times brutal world. And I promise, no matter whats going on, if any of you needs anything, I will be there. I owe my life to you guys and I will forever be in debted to you all. Thank you sooo much. I swear there is no place I'd rather be, there are no people I'd rather be with. You guys are the "cream of the freaking crop" (thank you Alex) I mean you should get like an award, or your own tv show. "THE BEST FLIPPIN PEOPLE IN THE ENTIRE WORLD" yes, it'll be a hit I can already tell. I love you all soo much, really I do, I LOVE YOU I LOVE YOU I LOVE YOU. And thank you, because I am who I am today, because of you. And I have no doubt in my mind, that I will carry these memories tomorrow, and the next day...and whether you like it or not, you guys will always be with me, making me who i am in the future. So lets all take a moment for a big ol' group hug. I appreciate all you've done for me. I love you all, and I hope that you all have an absolutely amazing year...hell have an amazing life, you guy's deserve it! XOXOXOXOXOXOXO
PS. to the directors- You have no idea what you do for these kids. I'm sure most of us can say, that you are just like family to us, and without you our lives would be a complete mess. Thank you for the time and effort you've put in to band/drumline. You'll never know how much that means to us, and how much you've changed our lives. I love you guys too!! Thank you.
