I still have trouble remembering to do things, like keep a consistent log about my experience on Strattera. Whoops.
The sleep issues are easing up a bit, which is good, though I still have a hard time falling and staying asleep most nights, and I still wake up very early most days. I've learned that if I just keep trying to go back to sleep I can sleep in a bit longer, at least.
My resting heart rate has slowly been rising since I started taking Strattera, but that might just be the lack of exercise. I haven't been going for walks at all since it got cold and I don't move around too much most days. This week my goal is to get at least 3 walks in, we'll see how that goes.
The constant cold thing is mostly gone, or I've gotten used to it, I'm not sure which. My temperature has been out of whack since I got my Covid booster on Tuesday this past week. I'll check in on it again in a few days.
Nausea hasn't been an issue at all lately, even when I take my meds on an empty stomach.
I have noticed that it's becoming easier to get started on a task, when before I would typically get stuck in a decision/prioritization paralysis loop. That feels good, and I have slowly been tackling things around the house that I've been meaning to clean up or do for ...years. I don't always choose the *best* thing to work on, but I'm choosing something, which is miles better than I used to do.
I haven't noticed any other side effects so far.
