DISNEY!!!!!!!
I got back from Disney yesterday and let me tell you...WOW!!!!! There were some really great times and some really bad times. But I guess that happens with any trip that you go on out-of-town with a school department.
Wednesday, January 12
We were supposed to leave the school at 4:00, but we didn't get to leave until after 5:00. We stopped at Chick-Fil-A for dinner and then we continued the ride. It seemed like it took FOREVER to get there. It was really late and the air conditioning on the bus got really cold so we asked if they could turn it off. BAD IDEA!!!!! The bus got sooooo hot! Everyone was stripping down. And then I was acting like I was high, but I really wasn't. I promise. The bus cooled down a bit and we finally got to the hotel at like 2:00 in the morning and we didn't get to sleep until like 3:00. That was loads of fun.
Thursday, January 13
Today we had to wake up at like 7:30 to get ready to leave for our first park today, Animal Kingdom. We all got ready and went on the bus. We had loads of fun! We went on a dinosaur ride and then a time machine rollar coaster and we had so much fun! We had lunch at a really good pizza place and we saw a safari. Then we left Animal Kingdom to go to Epcot. There we sat through a TON of movies before the rides. Those were kind of boring. But we went on this space simulator and Test Track. And we saw a bunch of fish! Then we went back to the hotel and we went swimming. It was kind of cold.
Friday, January 14
It rained today but that didn't stop us from going to MGM. Everyone spent $6 for a poncho, but I didn't because I didn't think we needed it and we didn't. We went on Tower of Terror and Rockin Rollercoaster twice!! Those were so much fun. And we also saw Indiana Jones and AK got to go on stage. That was pretty funny. Then after MGM we got to go back to the hotel to get ready for Planet Hollywood. We ate on the 3rd floor. That was pretty awesome and we all got up and danced during some of the songs. It was super fun! Then when we got back to the hotel, we had to rehearse for our pieces and restage them for reasons that I can't post on here. We were up rehearsing until like 12:00 and we were all tired and cranky.
Saturday, January 15
Today we performed at Magic Kingdom. We got to ride a few rides before we had to get ready to perform. Then we got to go backstage and it was so confidential that we couldn't even take any pictures. But it was awesome! We got ready and rehearsed and then we performed. It went well! Then we got ready and we could ride on rides. We went on space mountain, buz lightyear, teacups and a bunch of other rides it was soooo much fun! Oh yeah! We went on this ride called splash mountain. And there were some perve butts in the ride! It was pretty perverted. I guess you had to be there. ASA!!!!! Hahaha. Then we got to go shopping and we watched a parade and then at the end, we watched fireworks. Those were pretty cool! I took like 225 pictures!!! While we were there, we met these awesome people that played in a jazz band. It was sooo cool! And then when we got back all our friends came to welcome us back! It was so nice of them! I'm glad to be back home. But I'm not glad to go to school tomorrow. :(
