Lately I've been looking into getting a MacBook. I really have a desire for one and have for a bit now. My issues: I have a laptop already [it weighs more than my cat and is about 8 years old and a piece of crap] and the price is a bit more than I want to spend. I talked to an Apple specialist and they said what I'm looking for meets what the MacBook has to offer, but he suggested upgrading the memory to 1GB instead of 512MB.
Is there anyway to get a MacBook cheaper? I know I can go through my colleges program for a small discount, but am still hoping to not spend that much. Any ideas/suggestions? Thanks!! :)
