I'm updating on the response I got from making the site. the only thing is the writers are busy and will not be able to help us, but will be able to help with the graphic and art.

Writing a VS is a big project (as you can see--we're not even finished with the SS yet :)). I've seen Heroes (well, I'm only on season 1 and so I don't even know how the series turns out by the end). I think it's a great, riveting show so far.
I think a project like this would be great, but I'm not really interested in continuing it on as a Virtual Series. I need to be really passionate and dedicated to a show to be able to continue it on and right now, I've got my work cut out for me on the SS (I even have thoughts about possibly continuing my own version of Gilmore Girls in the future, that follows the Rory/Jess pairing--my second favorite pairing of any show). I might be able to help out with graphics, like episode title images, but as for the writing, you may want to find some good, dedicated Heroes fans to do the job.
You could check out fans on livejournal or other blog sits, or forums, or even fanfiction.net. I know there's a big forum for heroes on www.fanforum.com
Thanks for asking and sorry I can't be of more help. I hope you find a way to make it happen! It sounds great and it's always wonderful keeping a show you love alive, in virtual form. I'm very proud of what we've been able accomplish with the SS. It has been, by far, my biggest and most rewarding accomplishment of any fandom I've been a part of over the years. :) I wish you the best of luck in making your dream a reality!
