i just read one of the funniest things i've ever read before and it went a little something like this...
"You know the world is going crazy when the best rapper is a white guy, the best golfer is a black guy, the tallest guy in the NBA is Chinese, the Swiss hold the America's Cup, France is accusing the U.S. of arrogance, Germany doesn't want to go to war, and the three most powerful men in America are named 'Bush', 'Dick', and 'Colon'."

i'm feeling quite nostalgic (notice the mood) because i found my old yearbooks and i'm looking through them and reading all the things people wrote. even though i'm exrememly happy that high school is over, i guess i'll still miss it... at least the memories, anyway. i also unpacked a box of movies and i realized, wow i have a lot of movies.
today's philosophical thought: but even if we don't have the power to choose where we come from, we can still choose where we go from there.
