Aya was up all night crying, worrying about who might have died. She is all cried out and won't be crying in front of Nagi.

"How? How is Hakkai taking it?"

"In his world. I figure they got to the end, y'know? And I don't know. I haven't seen him around. And his phone is off."

[dream_departed]

Aya begins to look a bit nauseated.

"Do Sanzo and Goku know?"

Her mind can't seem to stay on the same track. "You didn't seem well the last time I saw you. And you wouldn't let me take care of you."

"Sanzo told me. No idea about Goku."

"I didn't need taking care of," he says flatly. "I needed to get the damn sleeping pills out of my system so that I could focus on things I needed to do."

[dream_departed]

Sanzo knows. Sanzo will know what to do about Things.

"I guess I needed to take care of you even though you didn't need taking care of." She waves her hand as if to brush away an impending argument. "My problem. Not yours."

Her stomach spasms and she wraps her arms around herself.

"I need to go home now. Thank you for telling me."
