It's raining. She doesn't remember it raining in the Nexus before, ever. Aya steps outside and notices it's only raining over her house. Perfect

But there's nothing to be done for it. The simple fact of the matter is that it's raining exactly where he has to be, and he's just going to bear it.
It's not long before his hair is soaked, and he can already feel a couple trickles of water running down the back of his neck. He does his best to ignore the raindrops as he spots the owner of the house, and no doubt the cause of the rain, stepping outside.
Sanzo has come to expect such gestures from Aya. He avoids them even under normal circumstances, but she's really out of her mind if she thinks that he'll just let her touch him right now.
"I'm not here on a social call," he replies evenly as he pulls his hand out of her reach.
It takes a few rings before Kakyou answers. He's never had a cell phone before, so there's some fumbling involved in dealing with the one Aya-chan insisted on giving him.
Ginta had been out and about in the Nexus, but something was tugging at him to go back to Aya's house. It was a the same kind of spiritual niggling that happened when the soul was first trying to settle and respond to things, so he had the feeling it was important to obey the instinct.
Once he makes his way to the house he slides the door open, calling inside. "Hello?"
Aya runs to the door. Or rather, she begins running and slides the rest of the way.
"Sanzo's here to help." This is the part where she would kiss Ginta if there were not company. "I mean here, here. Since I guess you knew he was here in the Nexus."
Ginta's face breaks into a huge grin. Yes, kissing would be good now, but it can certainly be saved for after-soul-restoration celebration. Which is a mouthful.
"He is? I was wondering when we'd get everyone in one place for this. This is wonderful."
Sanzo clears his throat in what could possibly be taken in a pointed sort of way. Yes, he's standing right over here and would greatly appreciate the kissing and such being saved for later.
Kakyou takes a towel and begins to work on getting most of the water out of his hair. While he does that, he explains the ritual that will be needed to expel the demon from Aya-chan. He's quite precise about it all, and he obviously takes care with the proper pronunciations of the incantation. The words don't have even an echo of power coming from him. That's not his gift.
"I could write down the incantation if that would be easier."
"... Do it. There's no need to take any chances with this." He'll remember the right pronounciations. He probably could recite the whole thing from memory, but this isn't the kind of magic he's used to. Better to be on the safe side.
Kakyou pauses, glancing around a bit, then looking at Aya-chan. "I'll need paper and something to write with. I'm afraid I don't know where you keep things here."

Kakyou isn't even bothering to try not to sound relieved. "I take it you want me to come explain the details?"

It's a somewhat wet and drippy Kakyou that steps onto the porch and peeks in the open door, though. Still raining, apparently.
"Aya-chan?"

"Thank you for coming so quickly."

Kakyou plucks a bit at a strand of his hair that's clinging to his neck. "Do you have any towels?"

"Okay, Kakyou, what do we do next?" She manages to hide her nervousness well.
