hooray for me! an actual post!
Surprisingly February has gone by pretty quickly. We only have a month until Spring Break. Hard to believe isn't it? It's even harder to believe that we need to be applying to colleges in the fall. High school isn't over yet. We still have a year and three months...=\ Anyone know what they want to do with their life? On another note, prom is in three months!!! It's gonna be so fun. I love getting dressed up but I never do. It'll be nice to see everyone else dressed up too.
This week has been an interesting one. I'm starting to feel more and more stressed. My grades aren't suffering yet, I'm just lacking sleep. I should've been used to that by now. The spanish test was a bit crazy. I despise essays. I don't think don A is gonna be too happy with all of our grades. No one used all the things they were supposed to in the paragraphs or talked about everything they were supposed to. Pre-calc is pretty good right now. We're working with fractals. I keep wondering how these apply to our lives. I've come to the conclusion that they really don't apply to anything other than being pretty. Maybe if I become an interior designer I could put fractals on peoples' walls... Physics is physics and there is not really any other explanation. We don't learn much at all in a day so we don't really need to pay attention. I definitely don't. Kayla started throwing little pieces of paper at me and I nailed her in the forehead when she wasn't paying attention. She answered a few minutes later with a piece of paper between my eyes (after missing about 3 times) and I have to give her credit for a nice shot. This progressed into us throwing paper at Jordan Gilkerson in the front row. He pretended not to pay attention and then would launch things like tops, records, and a paper hyperbola at us. He eventually put a piece of paper in his mouth and shot it backwards (yes a spitwad, sick isn't it?) I decided that Tiffany looked bored 3 ppl to my left and started throwing things at her. She didn't seem to be able to figure out where they were coming from =D. Mr. Bird even watched me throw paper at Jordan as he was talking and didn't say a word. It either didn't register or he doesn't care whatsoever. English is like a GPA booster right now. I have a 103 haha yay and I'm really liking Of Mice and Men. I almost fell asleep in Bible class but decided it might be a bad idea considering I'm in the front row. I don't think I heard half of what he said. I like it usually but he just repeats himself a LOT.
I've been running lately. I'm trying to work my way up to four or five miles. I run with Katie Eble every wednesday and Alex usually runs about a mile with us. I ran 3.25 yesterday. I should have never stopping running last year. That would have made all this a lot easier. One good thing about this is that I'll get skinnier for prom or just permanantly would be nice =) and on the other end of the stick I'm starving all the time. I swear my food evaporates. I almost at half a pizza for dinner last night. I'm always hungry again by 7th period. That's amazing.
