I don't need a major chord to be happy
I fucking love Tori Amos always and forever. This exceprt from a SXSW interview is like my favorite thing ever today:
SXSW: If you had to choose and from now on you could only compose in the major scale or in the minor scale, what would you choose?
TA: Definately the minor scale.
SXSW: What if you were feeling really happy and you just wanted to express something in C Major, what would you do then?
TA: I can express something really happy with diminished chord. I dont need a major chord to be happy.
