OK its Monday evening and I feel exhausted.
Met a counsellor this afternoon and just talked for an hour - emptying out all my thoughts and worries. It took time to spill all and any background to my feelings, a lot of it stemming from the times of mum's illness and passing.
There were no resolutions, no explanations, just understanding.
I'm going to head out for an hour or so for a quiet drink with a friend, but I could easily sleep for hours!
