"Don't descriminate against me just because I have a fucking spoon!"
In the past four says I learned a lot about independence. you know, normal college stuff like peeing in the woods, climbing waterfalls, not showering, and going to the ER without my parents.
so apparently im allergic to yellowjackets. i got stung on my hand yesterday afternoon and was able to hike out this morning with the help of benadryll, but when i got to the health center on campus they took one look at the balloon hand i was sportin and took me to the ER. luckily i didnt need an IV, so they prescribed some steriods, wrapped me in an ace bandage, and sent me on my way.
other than that my trip was AWESOME. maybe i'll give more details when im not feeling yucky and drugged. but the experience was definitely worth while. so hard to do things with only one hand though! no practicing! :(
