(no subject)
In a few hours I'll be embarking on a WOC cabin woolf reunion, which I am quite excited for. I just saw last night (while on the way to my JA interview!) that the 07 woolf leader recruitment posters feature a picture of Jeff and me wearing our leader shirts and garlands and pondering. I was a bit startled, but they're pretty funny. And I am definitely ready for a silly night of hot chocolate and games and catching up, and the cabin is so cute -- and there won't even be any bees!
I had a lovely moment last night after we watched the final episode of Freaks and Geeks (sadly -- the suite has been addicted since the beginning of winter study). But I was sitting in the common room with Matt and Dave and we were being what we'd probably call "ridiculous," complete with funny narrations and witty banter and spoonerisms and Dave continually excited about his knitting pattern computer programing skills. And I just had one of those little, "wow, I'm lucky" moments. yay, friends! (p.s. I had completely forgotten about "yay arms!", which was a line from bonnie's cartoon satire of last winter study, until matt reminded me the other day at lunch and I giggled myself silly)
And now I shall return to Persuasion, which I hope to finish before my copy of the 4th traveling pants book arrives! (yay moms!)
