Despite me sending IRREFUTABLE PROOF that the money ETS claims they have sent me is NOT in my account, I got an email back saying "Nope, we sent it. Call your bank ( Read more... )

Phone the bank, at least that way you can truthfully say you did and it's one less excuse for ETS to use.

I agree. I use this philosophy when patrons call to see if the item from another branch that they returned at our library is on our shelves, despite the fact that the other branch's items look TOTALLY different.
