NEW PHONE!
Samsung Solstice II
Granted, it's about the same as my Samsung Mythic, with a few differences. There's no standard headphone jack (no big - I paid $1.76 for an adapter), the touch screen is capacitive instead of resistive touch screen. The screen size is a bit smaller (Mythic = 360x640 / Solstice II = 240x400).
There are some definite pluses - visually, it's MUCH better than my last screen. Instead of a push-button on the side of the phone to lock the screen (which I used to bump), there's a slide switch. The task button and camera button are separated. It's smaller & lighter. The camera (though without flash) has night vision (for low light) with panorama, mosaic, and smile recognition photo options.
I plan on fully testing the camera out either this evening when John and I go walking around town or next weekend when John, my mother, and I visit AMISH COUNTRY for sales and to grab a nice meal out.
