Meet Cathy Cruz Marrero. She's the *genius* who fell into a shopping mall fountain after walking out of a store while texting.
She's now threatening to sue the Berkshire Mall because, allegedly, no one came to her aid. However, you can clearly see at the end of the video that two people DID stop to check on her - a mall janitor and a store manager. She says herself that she was hoping no one saw the incident, so what did she expect?
This is a case of another frivolous lawsuit. I can understand suing the mall for the security tape becoming public, but no one could even tell who she was on the tape. If she kept her mouth shut and didn't reveal her identity, no one would have even known. Next time, maybe she should pay attention to what she's doing.
