Graffiti

I think I'd really like to be a graffiti artist. I have a book on Banksy, this amazing British graffiti artist, and it just blows me away. Half of it is the thrill of trying to do it without getting caught. And, like Banksy, I'd like to make statements with graffiti rather than write poop on rocks. It's such a perfect means of political expression. If done well, it borders on surrealism, forcing passerby out of the gutters of  the mundane. This picture is a great example of how Banksy alters the mundane to create something beautiful.

Genius. I would love to do that.
