I am still here. Still not sure if it's a good thing. I had my meds upped, getting therapy and trying to connect with people. Still don't want to be.

No. Its not a sign of things getting better. Its me showing that I am compliant with treatment . I don't want another one way trip to the hospital in the back of a cop car. I do what I must until I figure it out.
