After last night's episode (3.06) I've finally gotten around to doing Derek's character sheet. This is for mun knowledge only and whatnot. I'm not sure where I got the chart, it's been saved on my computer for ages. Obviously this will contain spoilers for all episodes.

Hair: perfect. Dark, wavy. Sometimes looks light brown, sometimes almost black

What is his/her usual disposition? Usually fairly happy when he’s not done something stupid (which is often), and then he’s an emo little drama queen.

PART III. RELATIONSHIPS
Significant Other/Relationship: Clearly in love with Meredith Grey, but he’s “taking time away” from women.
Who does he/she live with? Lives alone
Who does he/she spend the most time with? Himself.
Father/Relationship with him: For the purpose of the fandom game, he was on great terms with his father, who shall remain nameless until his name is revealed on the show. His father is deceased.
Mother/Relationship with her: Also a nameless relative. Apparently a nagging, typical mother.
Siblings/Relationships: Four “very girly” sisters with “tons of kids” (fourteen between them). At least two are in the medical field: Nancy, an O.B. and Kathleen, a shrink. He loves his sisters, who happen to love his ex-wife and ex-best friend and really, really dislike his current love interest, the slutty intern Meredith. But because they are all very girly girls and he’s the only male, their presences can annoy him. A lot. Derek said in 3.06 that he counted Mark Sloan as his brother, but can’t stand the sight of him now.

Feelings toward animals: those of an average person. Likes dogs.
How does he/she view his family? Believes family is all you have. He has called both Addison and Mark his family. Appears to have been in a very close-knit family growing up.
How does he/she view his friends? His current ones, in Seattle, he sees as people he could go to a bar with, talk to about certain things, but definitely not “family” like Mark.
How does he/she view his boss/co-workers/employees? His boss, Richard Webber, is his mentor, and he would do pretty much anything for him, from performing surgery on his brain to sewing a button back on his shirt. Two of his fellow co-workers he would like to see on the other side of the planet, and the other is the closest thing to a real friend he has. The interns, residents, and fellows (I suppose, though there aren’t any fellows on the show that I know of) he treats as equally as possible, though he’s been known to show favoritism to Meredith Grey, the intern he’s been in a relationship (of sorts) with since the first episode of season one.
How does his family view him? As the only boy who’s got a lot of weight on his shoulders and so at times needs some help. His family seems to be very prying.
How do his friends view him? According to Derek himself, he’s a “very good friend.” Mark has been working very hard to regain his friendship, and when he and Meredith were “friends” she ended up sleeping with him. So he must be a pretty good friend to have.
How do his boss/co-workers/employees view him? He’s respected, and most of the females find him attractive, earning him the nickname “Doctor McDreamy.” The only exception to the rule is Bailey, who, if he’s being an ass, will definitely put him in his place.
