Thursday, Taylor and I raided Swings'n'Things, since it is only about five minutes from my house (and is in fact one of the only places to have fun near me). Several rounds of rather atrocious putt putting were had, with each round increasingly sillier than the last. Tried out the bumper boats, played a laser tag-ish game called Ground Zero (I won every time), sacrificed three or four of my dollars so we could play arcade games. Traded our tickets in for four spider rings that didn't fit and suckers, then got ice cream. NOT VEGAN! :D
Afterward we drove down to the Grand Pacific Junction, only to realize much to my dismay that we had missed the Heritage Days parade by a couple hours. :( So we walked around and I showed him all three things worth seeing in Olmsted Falls.
Yesterday, I went to Cedar Point with my preschool crush, who I had not seen since I was about six. He is about as painfully shy as I am, so it was like going to Cedar Point with a complete stranger, but it was still awesome seeing him again and I had a great time.
Today was my first real day of downtime in two weeks, and probably the last I'll have for a while. Moving back to Kent a week from today and I have nothing bought or packed, plus at least one day of work and audiologist and cardiologist appointments next week.
Tomorrow, Kyra and I are representing Dollhouses and More at an international dollhouse miniature show about an hour's drive away. This should prove interesting.
