Ticks and frogs get me like no other. Bleh. :( When I went on vacation with Tim's family a few months ago his brother and his girlfriend went on a walk through this tall grassy area and when he came back he had a ton on his legs and there was one hanging from his leg hair. It was the grossest thing I have ever seen in person.

So much for a welcoming party. :p

It wasn't engorged, was it? They're bad enough as is, but they're so hideous when they swell up with blood. x_x

Also, welcome back. :3

It wasn't engorged, couldn't have been there more than the ride home. We did make one last stop at Little Round Top before heading out, after all... I guess Gettysburg just couldn't let me leave without giving me an unpleasant parting gift huh? :(

Thank ya :)

I loathe ticks.
I also freak out every time I find one.
..Unfortunately, I always have that "there's bugs all over me!" feeling and it sucks a fat one.

I always think ticks are spots of dried blood at first, but then they flip sideways when I pick at them and then I'm like "AUGH, a tick!"

yuckyuckyuck ewww lol

Maybe. But if it were me, I wouldn't take that chance. :)

Also, ehrlichiosis is still a present danger. If you start feeling fluish, I trust you'll get some treatment.
