Bullshitting a 3-page film review on The Godfather two hours before it is due is not exactly the best predicament to find yourself in. :)
I also need to start tracking down books for my Anthropology term paper. I'm doing it on either the Sicilian or Russian Mafia. Go figure. I'm trying to do an all-mob sweep this semester. Figured, hell, I've already done one term paper and two film reviews on mob-related things, why not just do the rest of 'em too!
Decided to visit my sister tonight, so headed up to their house to spend time with her, my soon-to-be brother-in-law and soon-to-be stepniece and stepnephew. Vega had math homework (I pitied her). Jaden lives in his own little world - it is beyond entertaining to just sit there and watch him do things. Also, he has an adorable laugh.
Came home and watched Youtube clips of an old television show, What's My Line?, for a good three or four hours. It's addictive.
I have a dentist appointment Friday morning. Time to get x-rays taken so I can start the process of having my wisdom teeth removed, they've seriously fucked up my lower jaw. Four years after getting my braces removed, the only teeth that are still straight are my front six because they have a wire cemented to the back of them - they've been wedged so tightly together by my back teeth that floss almost does not fit between them. Of the back teeth, one is completely on it's side and two others have rotated in such a way that the sharp edges are constantly causing my tongue grief.
Next I'll have to schedule a doctor's appointment so I can get my hearing checked... but one thing at a time.
I hate that fucking trash heap of a car I own. The brake light came on today. again. I really, really hope I can get a new one before we head to Kent :( Speaking of which, I need to make an appointment with them too. Ugh god, the appointments.
That's about enough rambling for me, I think. Time for sleep.
