(no subject)
So... I've seen two plays in the last two days. Friday night, my sister, for reasons unknown to me, managed to drag me along to go see The Tempest with her English class. I will tell you something: Shakespeare is hard enough to understand to BEGIN with, but never, ever, EVER go see one of his plays without reading it first. There was only one part where I was actually able to follow where they were saying, and they were all drunk. Oh, and at the beginning of act 3, the guy playing Ferdinand came out without a shirt on. Oh dear, anything they were saying went in one ear and out the other. That boy was delicious. <3
Last night we went to see Peter Pan at the community college. It was the musical version. It was good. The little kids playing the Lost Boys accidentally fell and snapped one of the walls of Wendy's house in three pieces. We were laughing so hard!
Tonight is the last night for the high school's Seussical the Musical. I might go to that one.
Playriffic weekend. And the weather.... GORGEOUS. 72 degrees outside!
