city and country folk

going to the city alot has made me realize everyone in that lives in a suburb is fucking crazy.

almost everyone in the suburbs has one type of pychological problem or another and is depressed and generally boring.

its only half our faults, it takes too much energy to do anything in the suburbs, to much planing and money and time.

the other half is the police. in the city they have better things to worry about than under age drinking and general mischief, in the country you are miles away from authority so you can do what you please.

the most stable people you will ever meet are either from a city or from the country side.

not only can we do what we want legally, in the city and country, but socially. you can be yourself without the fear of being judged.
today i saw a shirtless man outside of a starbucks dancing to crapppy techno, later on the subway 2 men sang about the weather for money while i sat across from a man in hot pants.

this country was founded upon these 2 communites and that is why party lines are so blurred, we have 2 parties but 3 standards of living. jefferson and hamilton, industry vs ag, being and doing what you want vs fitting the mold and following your communities traditions, liberal vs conservative(to put it into simplified terms).

us suburbainites have no where to fit in, so naturally we are all drivin to insanity because of boredum and superficial realations...

we are torn between doing what we want, being who we want to be and doing what our up bringing teachs us we should be, following the tradition.
