I've been thinking about this for a while, but I've decided to sell the house. Too many people know where it is and I don't like the fact that so many people can just worldhop into it. I called a friend of mine who is a loan officer and I got pre-approved for a loan to buy a house. With interest rates this low, I can actually afford a bigger house.

What do you guys think of this place? It's big enough for all of you to get one room, plus an office for me and a room near the master bedroom for Rachel.
There's enough room in the back for everyone, Itsuki can use it for his projects, Azula use it for training and there's room for Shiro to get to his shenanigans.
