Community,
Many of you who are around me hear me way on and on about "community". This is because it is something that is important to me. If everyone who works together we get a much more cohesive setting. But beyond that, community has made me who I am today. I was a child with learning disabilities and a disabled brother. If it was not for the community that helped me learn how to read, and over come my functional illiteracy. Community has provided a safe place for my brother to live and survive and even thrive. Community has allowed me to make it as far as I have, through gifts, charity, time, and moral support. But, that does not mean one should lay back and let others spoon feed them life and not try. You have to try, and try hard, prove to the people who are helping you, that you are strong and can over come anything. If you work hard all the helped you have gotten means that much more. You may not be able to pull yourself up by your boots every time, but with an out reached hand, you can stand and even run. And when people in your community need you, give back the whole system works because of that.
Sort of a rant about community.
