Hey, Jen. Pleasure to meet you. Ach, there isnae any such thing as fake haggis. It's haggis or it's nay. Some people just like to try and make it and dinnae do it right.

I should ask Carson if he likes haggis. I know that people make it with just the veg, but it's not the same without all the...stuff is it.

Insides of a sheep? Nay, not really, Jen. It's nay traditional unless it's traditional. I love my home country so tradition is an important thing for me. I'm very much involved with our Clan, even if I dinnae live in Scotland anymore.

So what made you move?

A fantastic job offer and my best pal was in Princeton. He made the move from Britain to America some years before me to study and I always missed him. I didnae have any committments back home, so I figured I would try it and see how I went. Met the love of my life barely weeks after I got there and havenae ever looked back.

Sounds like you've got yourself a perfect life there. I'm glad for you.

Aye, thanks, but I'm biased. We've had a lot of heartache to get to where we are. I guess I'm just awed that we did get to where we are, which makes me really thankful for everything I have.
