What a day...
Well, today was the second track meet of the season, and let me tell you, I DID HORRIBLY! On the 55H, I fell, well very badly stumbled, and almost didn't finish. Luckily after I ate a lot, took a walk in the freezing cold, cried a little, then read, Celia came over and made me feel better. Thank God for my friends. That put aside, the 4x200 relay did really well. We came in second in our heat by less than half a second.
Okay, the business part of the meet aside. I was hanging around with SO many different people. Then, now for the big finish....*drum roll*...I got to play poker with Tally. OMG! It was so amazing. We chit-chatted, and I think I won, but we didn't do an official count.
Hey, it's a start. I can't wait to see him again. Plus, I made A LOT of new friends.
