Success!
After several attempts to print out a plot, juggling files from ACAD 2006 to ACAD 2000, dealing with a fractious flash drive to move the files, redrawing a .bmp file so that it could be scaled to 36" x 48", I now have a pattern for making a tractor...now all I need is the $ to get the material and the undertaking is on.
Also got the upstairs bed put back together and dust covers over it, the winter plastic off the window so it can be aired out, the dusty blankets put down the magic hole in the wall, and things picked up enough to vacuum and clean. All in all, a successful day.
