So I've been on this South Beach thing for what is now... my 9th day.
I've lost 10 lbs.
crazy eh?
The first few days, the diet sucked... I missed things like bread and such like crazy...
I didn't realize how much bread I ate. I started hating salads real quick though... that was my main form of food... but anyways, that's where I am now... my goal is 50 pounds... 1/5 the way there... it's a severely uphill battle from here though from what I'm told.
