(no subject)
So its my birthday and I'll cry if i want too....haha not really. This weekend was really fun. I really couldnt have asked for a better weekend for my birthday. Jesse stayed in town and Friday we went surfing for the first time in like 2 weeks, then went over to Susies and had a cookout, played charades, and got tipsy. Saturday morning we were woken up by Brian and headed out to my new favorite place.......Marineland. For those of you that don't know what Marinieland is I shall tell you. Marineland was built in like the 50's or 60's and was pretty much one of the first sea animal type park things. They have like dolphins and seals and stuff. Well Marineland is right on the Ocean and right next to Marineland is one of the best secret surf spots in Florida. Only two other guys were out when we got there. The waves were like knee to waist high and hollow as crap. It was probably the most fun I have ever had surfing. While we were sitting on the outside a friendly group of dolphins decided to come up and say hello. I thought that was rather nice of them and we proceeded to "Holler at our Bizzys" I mean after all we were the ones using their ocean. I was sure to throw one of the dolphins the peace up, A-town down, O-town all around. It was cool, we left marineland and got some grub at Outback. Apparently they dont open till 3:00 on saturdays and we got there around 2:20. Soooooo we just waited in the parking lot for 40 minutes. After the grubbin we went and surfed 4th street which is our little hot spot. We surfed till it was dark and it was again so much fun. Today we went out to dinner with good ole Rich, got some japanese steakhouse grub and had a good old time. tommorrow supposedly we're going to be getting some more good surf. I am super stoked to say the least, especially since I might have a new board to ride. This entry is getting way to long for my tastes I'm peacing out now.
