Today I was walking to the bus to go to the uni when I noticed that the street my buildings on the corner of (not where my front door is) had exploded. The trees were full of and losing little pink stars. I hadn't even noticed that they had been budding.

It's hard to see the sky here
so I don't look up much

if I was home, I would have noticed sooner
but I smiled either way.
