This is a bit of an experiment with oils, I was trying to put the paint on a bit more thickly than I usually do and trying to make the brushstrokes a bit more "painterly".

And it does look more painterly. It also looks painful and FANTASTICALLY EPIC, but... Mostly... oh sad Merlin :(
