Well, Arthur would wear it hidden away inside his clothes, so you wouldn't see it. (The Elizabethians would wear miniatures on display pinned to their sleeves, but I couldn't see Arthur doing that. *G*)
I WANT to paint something this weekend...but I have no ideas whatsoever. *sigh*
Thanks so much for the links :-) (I actually hadn't seen these) - the paintings are wonderful: the one of Arthur alone is just gorgeous - his face, the armour! - and the one of Arthur with Merlin is so beautiful: you have captured a particular expression of Bradley's here which I especially love; I shall definitely be following your work from now on ♥
Awww, thanks. There are also these, but they're old and a bit crap. I'm planning on doing more Athur stuff and hopefully it WILL be better the more practise I get.
Thanks so much - definitely not crap! I love the sense of intimacy in the one where Merlin's holding the candle - beautiful colouring and the way Arthur's thumb is touching Merlin's lips is just so erotic; I think you've got a very good likeness of their faces in the second one and the stained glass window is just amazing - love the story behind it: Merlin's pose and expression speak volumes and there is such a sense of future anguish here with Arthur immobile and turned away from Merlin :-(
Can't wait to see anything new that you do - especially Arthur! ♥

Would you have a go at painting Arthur? Because that would just about make my life...*g*

I'm doing two Merlin paintings next, (but I'm going to do those simultaneously), then it'll probably be back to Arthur again.
