Artist's Notes: So basically, I decided yesterday that I wanted to draw something Gwen/Morgana-ish. Why? Um, for starters, I can't draw guys (just girly centaurs). And then I wanted to draw something spring-y, because we had a lovely spring-like day a few days ago (and now we are having torrential winds and rains, whee). I had no idea what I was doing until I found this adorable picture, and it reminded me instantly of Gwen. After that, it just sort of took off from there. My favorite part is Morgana's hair, not going to lie. I was going to do all sorts of things with this - namely, have Morgana torturing poor Arthur with a net, or have Merlin asleep in a tree while Arthur has to fend for himself or something clever and exciting like that - but alas, I have minimal artistic skills, and decided against it. In case you're wondering, Merlin had a bit of a magical accident, and now he has to save Arthur from, ah, not-quite-the-usual foe. There is a colored version to go along with this that I don't like (partly because the colors got sort of desaturated somewhere along the line); but anyway, Gwen's dress was originally yellow, but then it matched the color of the sand accidentally, and I changed it in Photoshop to purple. References used liek whoa. Oh, and if Morgana's arms look weird or nonexistent, it's because they're behind her head. I know there's probably loads wrong with this, but whatever. No spoilers.
