That's a great drawing! The likelihood and shading are very neat, as is the strong complementarity of the green background and his bright neckerchief. I love how those colours can also be found in his face but in way more muted tone, working with the strong contrasts presents. We're used to his eyes being one of the strongest colours in drawings of him, but this version makes him looks nicely otherworldly. Was there a reason behind such a light shade of green? =)

And as for the eyes, they were originally a bright blue but I didn't think that it looked quite right...so I went over it with layers of white and gray until I was happy :)
