Mmn, sleepy sleepy ...

That was kinda hard, kay? But everybody is really strong and brave, so it wasn't scary at all for me. I felt bad when I had to beat them up, but not anymore. Even if they looked like her, they're nothing like Sarrie, kay ...

... Did everybody come back okay?

[Very, very poorly filtered to Faize. It's barely even a filter.] ( Read more... )

sorta kinda got that symbol, faize, war isn't fun, wasn't scared at all kay

I'll be outside shortly.

[It doesn't matter where he was before then, he's running the hell over. This is big news!]

[And when he gets there, he'll find Lymle drawing a symbol into the ground, as well as a paper (that has the symbol she's currently drawing on it) being held down by a rock nearby.]

[He comes over to take a look at her drawing.]

Is that it?

Uh-huh. [Finishing up the symbol now, looking it over, and--.] Finished.

[Looking at it, rather amazed, but still thoughtful.]

Is there a way to turn it off once it starts?

Mm ... kinda. If you hit the lightning with something, it makes the shape it's in mess up and the symbol stops working, kay? It can still be used again, though ... I dunno how to make it turn off by itself.

That's alright. I figured it would come to something like that. Your work is excellent, Lymle.

Mmnn ... [Okay, being praised like that does make her pretty happy, but she's not going to let that be shown; god forbid 8| Instead, she turns toward the symbol she drew on the ground.] I'm gonna show you how it works now, kay?

[He's bounding with all kinds of excitement. He can't really get mad at her for being herself right now. He's too happy.] Show me how it works, Lymle!

[Lym nods and, after taking a step or two back, activates the symbol. The ground the symbol's drawn on sparks several times before forming an egg-shaped ball of electricity about an inch off the ground (even if it seems to be held up by sparks stemming from the symbol itself). It's fairly large, but as the symbol itself is large, Lym figures Faize will realize that that's the reason why.

Welp, there you go, Faize. Lymle looks up at him to see his reaction.]

[If he could smile from ear to ear, he would. As it stands he's nearly beaming.] This is perfect!

I'll definitely need to make copies of it, so there's a backup if something happens to one of us.

[nodding again] Mn, yeah. I'll make the copies, kay? You're too excited, so you might draw it wrong.

[Wait what he's not overreacting, really!] I-I'm not too excited!
