[He's been making his own attempts at working on that symbol, but not nearly to the same effect that she has. While he's good with symbological theory, she has a natural talent with both the skill and the element of lightning that he can't help but be outclassed.

Faize knows she's going to get mad at him for bugging her about it, but he did happen to stop by the bakery and get some fresh cookies. They're not Reimi's, but they'll have to do.]

Indeed, I must say that I prefer Reimi's. How she managed to make so many cookies on the Calnus, I don't think I'll ever know.
