couch to 5k

 So Monday marks my first day of the Couch to 5K challenge.  The first day is walk 90 seconds, jog 60 seconds.  I am way out of shape but it was fun.  I felt like throwing up a little at times but I just need to not eat right before doing it, haha.

I am doing C25k MWF and the 100 pushups challenge TRS.
