CHALLENGE 24: MAKING TEXTURES

Description For this challenge, we'll be making our own textures. There are lots of types and styles of textures and resources we use for making graphics and now is your chance to make some of your own. For inspiration, a great community to check out is contextures as well as any icon texture community. There's also a good tutorial here, here, here, here, here, here, here. To have the most fun making these, I highly recommend taking your own pictures or finding something special to you. For instance, this set I made from a photograph of my great-great-great aunt, Edna Aug, who was a vaudeville/silent film actress.
Small textures are worth 5 points each while larger ones are worth 10 points For size requirements, a smaller texture will be anything with a height + width value of less than 900px.
Points up to 50 points, +1 for sig tag
