Challenge 045: Icon Rumble

Description This will be a icon rumble-style challenge. (See rumblr for an example.) You will be submitting icons made from the following caps. Any technique is welcome (text, textures, etc.) and you can include other images as well as long as the provided cap is visible. You can opt out of voting inclusion but there are substantially fewer points possible if you choose that option.

KEEP YOUR ENTRIES ANONYMOUS AND SECRET UNTIL ALL VOTING IS OVER.

Caps were chosen from this challenge and narrowed down via randomizer plus my best judgement.
