Ok, so I got to meet Madina Lake yesterday, and it was amazing. Even though I went journoretardo on them, they were all really sweet. I have a fantastical picture which I shall hopefully post later on!
And then, I went to the Kerrang tour. Lots of free swag! Haha. Fightstar were all right - their set lulled in places. Circa Survive have the ex-Saosin frontman as their singer, and it freakin' well shows. He's not half as talented as the new Saosin vocalist, and sings through his nose. Quite unpleasant.
Madina Lake were brilliant, of course. I think they probably got the best reaction of the night. Lots of jumping around, headbanging, mosh pitting and general merry making. I lovelovelovelove Madina Lake, seriously. They're in the top 5 of the moment.
Lots of people left after Madina Lake. Like seriously, there was an epic shift at the front. I think Coheed maybe played to about half the crowd, if that. Poor sods. I didn't stick around myself, it has to be said. I went to watch some teen-on-teen violence. Good times!
