TBH, if you contact the i-zone when there isn't staff helpdesk open, we will help. But we will also urge you to complain about the not-having-staff thing open because it's totally mad.

(Also, we have been BEGGING the IT department to make the 'secret question' thing compulsory because come September, all returning students will have buggered their passwords up on top of all the new student issues. The computing people are ignoring us.)
