(no subject)
Hullo, LiveJournal! Aye, it's been a long time since I've written, but I do skulk around on and off. With all these new-fangled social media contraptions such as Facebook, Twitter, et all, it kind of felt a bit redundant. Something to think how the internet continues to evolve, eh? Not that I really participate in the social aspects of it, but it is nice to be in touch with folks here and there. I do think the whole social media scene is getting a bit overblown, though, almost to the point of being narcissistic. But who am I to say? For a person who's more introverted, I value the internet for its sharing of ideas, knowledge, laughs, and other positive things that bring a smile to my face or make me think. It's a wonderful research tool.
Anyway! I see that the last time I posted was back in June 27th, 2011. Yeah, quite a bit has happened since then. Of course, I write this just as it's my bed time, so I shall hold off and continue this tomorrow.

…As a side note, I have to say that the final episode from the third season of My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic was AWESOME, if feeling a bit rushed. Dangit, they should have given it more justice and done it as a two-parter like they did in season 2. Regardless, I really loved it, especially with the plethora of musical bits in it, particularly the one from Princess Celestia. Here's to season 4!
