It was weird, because while I feel certain that this girl is not in any way truly anti-Semitic (her boyfriend is Jewish, which is maybe why she threw it out there without thinking about it), I was kind of like, "DUDE. Some people could understandably be bothered by that, and I feel like if I don't say anything, they're going to have a problem with me, too."

Of course, seeing as she's a dating a Jew, what I should have done was ask her if SHE was concerned about having babies with Jew noses.
