Someone had brought strawberry cupcakes to the office in honor of Valentine’s Day-a complete waste of money in Draco’s opinion. He had a general dislike of cakes and strawberries as well as hatred towards all things Valentine.
Yet, he couldn’t help but focus his attention on the cupcake that Granger picked up and brought to her lips. He stared as her tongue came out of her mouth and licked at the frosting.
The innocence of the lick was lost on him.
Maybe cupcakes weren’t a complete waste of money after all, he decided.
At least the ones Granger licked.
