Nominations and SC due date have been extended!
We have decided to extend the nomination phase by one week, meaning you now have until midnight, EST on September 14th to submit your nominations for Round 7 of the Dramione Awards! This was because A) we have not received many nominations and figured participants may benefit from having more time to submit them and B) I recalled (belatedly) that this past weekend was a holiday weekend here in the States, and some people may have been too busy to submit their nominations.
Also, due to the low number of nominees, we will not be having a seconding phase for this round of awards. The revised timeline for the awards is as follows:
Nominations: September 1-14
Author contacts: September 15-21
Voting: September 22-October 7
Winners announced: October 9
So, everyone please take advantage of this extra week and turn in some nominations for best drabble/flash fic/ficlet! Go HERE or click the banner to nominate fics.
We will also be extending the due date for the Special Challenge. So those of you who signed up to write fics for the challenge, they are now due at Midnight, EST on September 21st instead of September 14th, giving you another two weeks to write! Also, like the other nominated fics, the Special Challenge fics will proceed directly to voting, and will not go through a seconding phase. Go to THIS POST for a reminder of the rules for the Special Challenge.
