H&V's 2016-2017 Fest: If the Prompt Fits Challenge !
H&V is happy to announce our 2016-2017 fest!
The fest will run from October 2016 to February 2017. Please join in the fun! (Official Rules and Timeline soon to come!)
What is the fest's theme?
This will be a scene prompting fest! Scene prompts are short descriptions of scenes, i.e. "A huge fight goes down in Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes!". Other sample prompts: "Draco is attacked by an invisible but particularly robust Devil's Snare!"; "A high-tension chase over rooftops!"; "Hermione tries very hard not to fall asleep during History of Magic!".
What does the timeline look like?
Oct 8th - Oct 22nd: Prompt Phase
Oct 24th - Nov 6th: Claiming Phase
Nov 7th - Feb 4th: Creation Period
Feb 4th: Stories/Art Due
Feb 14th: Posting Begins!
