DramioneSource (DHrSource) is hosting its first ever fest: MUDBLOODS AND MISTLETOE 2013.
Details of the fest:
DHRS's Mudbloods and Mistletoe is a holiday festival celebrating the good ship, Dramione. It is an anonymous prompt based fest centered around the holiday season (i.e., Christmas). You will be working off of prompts submitted by members of DHRS, and the prompts must include something to do with the winter holidays.
You will need an AO3 account to sign-up, so if you do not have one, don't be discouraged. We'll work on getting you one. It will be assumed you are of age to read/write potentially explicit material and we will not be held responsible for those under 18 engaging (but please, if you're a minor, refrain from signing up from MA material).
The mod for this fest is Ashley (dracomalfoy@yahoo.com / ghoulhand.tumblr.com)

10/06/2013-10/12/2013-Sign-ups, prompt claiming. Assignments will go out as prompts are claimed. First come, first served.

Prompts will only be accepted on the above given dates.
Each member may submit up to 10 prompts.
A prompt can be anything from a single word to a snippet of dialogue to song lyrics.
As this is a Dramione forum, Draco Malfoy and Hermione Granger must be the main subject of the piece.
Prompt Form:
Pairings: indicate whether this should be a Dramione only story or if you would welcome other pairings. specifiy the pairings, if yes.
Ratings: how mature would you like to see this fic go? (if you're underage, you may only request up to a T rating}
Prompt: submit a word, phrase, dialogue snippet, song lyrics, whatever here
Squicks: things you don't want to see in a fic based on your prompts, i.e. rape, adultery, water sports, scat, Voldemort, Astoria, fluff, BDSM, etc. BE SPECIFIC AND BE THOROUGH
Prompt Claiming:
Each participant may only claim one prompt.
Once a prompt has been claimed, it is no longer available to work off of for this fest.
One prompt per author.
List up to 3 prompts you would like to work off of, in order of preference.
It is not guaranteed you'll get the prompt you want so act fast once claiming is announced.
Requirements, Additional Info, and Expectations:
This is an anonymous fest, so please keep the specifics of your story to yourself.
Also, do not upload your work to another website until the fest is over and you're given the green light.
All fics containing sensitive material MUST be properly disclaimered with warnings and ratings.
All fics submitted must be AT LEAST 1000 words.
There is no cap on maximum word count, however, all fics must be finished when submitted.
It is not required your story be beta'd, but it is preferred. The fest mod will not beta stories for you. Glaring errors will result in you being asked to edit and rewrite yourself.
If you feel like you will be unable to complete your fic in time, or you need to drop out, please email dracomalfoy@yahoo.com at least a week before the submission deadline. You will not penalized for life getting in the way. However, if you drop out without letting them know, you will be barred from all future fests and challenges held by DHRS.
