I just finished this and this fic is an example of those stories that you don't hear about too often because they don't get a lot of reviews because they're not widely known. This kind of reminded me of The Fallout by Sage. It is post-Hogwarts, and it occurs during war time. For those readers who cry easily, I suggest a box of tissues nearby before you read. It is truly a piece of work. It's a tale of forgiveness, redemption, saving the one you love, and sacrifice.
The Draco in there is realistic, sensual, and human. Hermione is shown to be a vulnerable, but not utterly weak. In the middle of chaos and death, they struggle to find each other.
